We follow a two-step matching process to identify best fit: the first is an automated query to our extensive database of consultancies, which contains information including areas of specialisation, industry experience, accreditations, location, availability for short and long-term assignments, budgetary flexibility and target clients.  The software shortlists the best fit for the specific needs you have entered.  The second step is human verification to ensure the quality of the data-matching including review of any additional requirements you may have noted in freeform text.  If there is ambiguity about your needs or brief, we will contact you.

Requests are generally verified and sent to matched consultants within 24 hours. After that, consultants are encouraged to contact buyers within 1-2 business days. If you haven't heard from matched consultants within 2 business days, please contact us - we'll follow up straight away.

Prior to accepting a consultant on our database, we conduct basic due diligence. This includes multiple client reference checks, website validation and reviews on social media, but excludes assessment of financial viability. FindaConsultant does not accept responsibility for the performance of referred consultants. However we carefully monitor our clients’ level of satisfaction via an email or phone survey.  Negative feedback is investigated, and we reserve the right to remove consultants from our database.

We are a facilitator, simplifying the process for buyers to find the best-fit consultants for their needs. After making introductions, we do not stay in the middle of any discussions between the parties.

If your needs are so specialised that a match does not occur within our database, our verification specialists will contact you and offer to perform a custom search, as agreed.  This may take more than the typical 1-2 day turnaround time.
